1. Services
Fleep Flap provides instant activation of digital connectivity services (mobile top-ups, travel eSIMs, and digital gift cards) through licensed partners. The platform does not store customer funds or provide transferable balances.
2. Orders & Delivery
Orders are processed in real time. Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please double-check recipient details before confirming: deliveries to a wrong but valid number or address cannot be recalled.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable processing fees unless stated otherwise.
4. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly, completed orders are generally non-refundable. If a delivery fails, contact support within 48 hours and we will re-deliver or refund the order.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or resale without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Liability
Fleep Flap acts as an intermediary for services delivered by mobile operators and brand partners. Our liability is limited to the amount of the affected transaction.
